ELBERFELD MUST REPORT TO MILWAUKEE CLUB
Cincinnati. May 25. - Player Norman Elberfeld was ordered to report to the Milwaukee club of the American Association by the national baseball commission today. He had appealed to the commission that he had been unfairly treated by the Washington American League club, which released him to Milwaukee, but the commission upheld the Washington management.
The commission says it will not require the payment of the consideration for his release until he reports in shape for service to Milwaukee, which should protect its title to his services by suspending him for failure to report.
