Norman Arthur "The Tabasco Kid" Elberfeld
Kid Elberfeld was my grandfather's brother (my great uncle.) There is no "private" family information here except a few pictures of his parents and siblings. Nothing was passed down on our side of the family except an old baseball I batted around to oblivion when I was 9 or 10. Everything here was found on the Web or purchased on eBay.
My cousin Steve started my interest in Kid Elberfeld baseball cards. Since most of his original cigarette cards are quite expensive, I have focused on collecting scans of the old cards and originals of recent reprints.
Several authors have used this site as part of their research into the Kid's life and time. Since nothing on the site is truly original, please check with the real sources if your are concerned with copyrights and references. Most articles have a link to the source - but some articles I copied many years ago from web sites that have since disappeared.
If you have questions, comments, information to share,... I'd like to hear from you.
