Gadsden, Ala., - Feb.15 - (AP) - Kid Elberfeld is coming back to the baseball wars, bringing with him a welcome bit of fight and color.
Announcement has been made here the Norman Elberfeld, erstwhile manager of the Chattanooga, Little Rock, and Mobile Southern Association teams, will re-enter the baseball arena this summer as manager of the Gadsden club of the reorganized Southeastern League.
This news prompted baseball fans to recall that he has developed more talent in the South than perhaps any other man.

Charley Grimm, manager of the Chicago Cubs; Travis Jackson, captain of the New York Giants; Bill Dickey, catcher of the Yankees; Fred Marberry, Bing Miller and Cecil Travis.
