December 13, 1950 - Tuscon Daily Citizen, AZ - Leo Durocher, skipper of the New York Giants. Some people say when he puts on those synthetic fiery scenes with umpires he is imitating John McGraw. That's not my opinon. I think Leo is trying to imitate either George Stovall, "the firebrand of the Federal league," or Norman Elberfeld, "the tabasco kid."
