ELBERFELD, PATTEN WIN TENNIS TITLE
The final athletic event on the Moccasin schedule for the 1925-6 school year was played yesterday afternoon as part of the commencement exercises when Nan Elberfeld and Lupton Patten defeated Miriam Elberfeld and A. McCampbell in straight sets to win the mixed doubles championship of the college.
The match was the last one of the annual tennis tournament and trophies will now be awarded by the athletic association to the winners. Cups will be given the following: N. Elberfeld, women's singles champion; Lupton Patten, men's singles champion; McCampbell and McCampbell, men's doubles winners, and Elberfeld and Patten, title winners in mixed doubles.
