A HIGHLANDER TWO YEARS - Norman Elberfeld - A resident of Albion View, Tenn., age twenty nine. He first sprang into professional baseball at Clarksville, Tenn., in 1984. He went from there to Dallas, Tex., and thence to Richmond. Philadelphia brought him to the major league company, and since then he has played with Detroit, Cincinnati, and Detroit again. He came from Detroit to New York two years ago.
